We’re currently witnessing a rapid shift in the way that humans communicate and interact. Brands, products, celebrities, and trends are growing at an accelerated rate as a result of the power of social media and influencer marketing. We’ve witnessed this shift firsthand, and apply our brand, influencer, and entertainment experience and skills across the four core aspects of our business.
Founder and CEO
Kevin Gould is an entrepreneur, talent manager, brand builder, and active angel investor based in Los Angeles.
Gould began his career at William Morris Endeavor where he noticed a missing link between technology and entertainment. This inspired him to start his own consulting and investing firm, Kombo Ventures. In the years that followed, Gould made strategic investments in a number of innovative new startups; Clutter, Gyft (acquired by First Data), Compology, DraftKings, The Hunt (acquired by Pinterest), Whistle (acquired by Mars), Laurel and Wolf, Rinse, Jukin Media, Brandable, Stem, Pocketwatch, and many more.
Gould was a founding partner and investor at Beautycon Media, a beauty and lifestyle media company with a global festival business that many compare to the ‘Super Bowl meets Coachella for beauty and lifestyle.’ Beautycon counts A&E, Live Nation, and Hearst as investors.
Currently, Gould is the CEO of Kombo Ventures which now operates as a holding company to its three core operating divisions: Talent Management, a Strategic Creative Agency, and Brand Incubation. Gould also currently serves as a co-founder of Insert Name Here, a direct to consumer hair brand that was incubated and is operated by Kombo Ventures.
Gould continues to advise and invest in a comprehensive portfolio of companies in addition to regularly speaking on panels and at events on new media, experiential marketing, and the convergence of technology, entertainment, and consumer brand building.
